2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe to the newsletter, book a Heavy Table seat, or purchase products.
3. Newsletter Subscription
All newsletter subscriptions are free, voluntary, and opt-in. Subscribers provide their email address directly through a signup form on jakelunniss.com. No third-party lists are purchased or imported. All subscribers have explicitly consented to receive email communications.
Ghost CMS (the newsletter platform) uses a double opt-in process: subscribers receive a confirmation email and must click a verification link before being added to the mailing list.
Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every email, or by contacting [email protected] directly.
4. Products and Services
Furniture commissions: Custom furniture pieces quoted and agreed individually. Pricing, timelines, and specifications are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Quarterly drops: Limited-run handmade items offered periodically to newsletter subscribers. Availability, pricing, and shipping details are communicated via the newsletter. All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, in which case a replacement or refund will be provided.
The Heavy Table: A paid fortnightly lunch experience at our home in Ocean Grove, Victoria. Seats are $90 per person, paid in advance. Cancellation and refund terms are communicated at the time of booking.
